All members must take our Safety Training prior to operating the machines.
Safety and education are two of our top priorities at Saratoga Joinery. All members must take our in-house Safety Training prior to operating any of our machines. This ensures a safe shop and provides high-quality training at no cost to our members.
We want members of all experience levels at Saratoga Joinery. In order to accommodate everyone, we offer Novice and Advanced tracks of our Safety Training. This is the Advanced training. This training is paced for members who are more experienced with the machines in the shop and just need a brief overview. The session entails an overview on the shop safety protocol for each machine. Every machine is covered in one two-hour session.

Common Tools: Miter Saw, Track Saw, Panel Saw, Cordless Drill, Cordless Impact Driver, Drill Press
Saws: Table Saw: Rip, Table Saw: Cross, 14" Bandsaw
Routing/Sanding: Router: Table, Router: Handheld, Sanding: Benchtop, Sanding: Edge Sander, Sanding: Hand Oscillating
Milling: Jointer, Planer, 18" Bandsaw
